Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options. Orders ship within 2 business days, excluding pre-order items.
Please double check your shipping address when placing your order. ETOE team cannot change the address after the product has been shipped.
If you purchase from the official ETOE website, our team will send you a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

 ETOE delivers using UPS, DHL, DPD, GLS and registered airmail.
 We offer free shipping in the UK, but elsewhere there is a $9.99 charge per order.
 Ship date
The order fulfillment process is divided into two parts:
Processing time: 2 business days Delivery time: 3-7 business days
Actual delivery times may vary due to factors such as destination fluctuations, bad weather, holidays, and other factors beyond our control. If you are unable to receive your package based on the above estimates, please contact our support center at etoe@etoeprojector.com.
In some cases, it may take 1-3 days for the courier company to update the tracking number and shipping information on their system. If the information is not available on the courier company's website, please try again in 24 hours.
Shipping Area
Currently, we only deliver to EU countries and the USA, with the exception of Sicily, Malta and some remote islands.
Undeliverable packages
Most of our shipping carriers will attempt to deliver your package three times. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to ETOE as undeliverable. If this occurs, please contact etoe@etoeprojector.com to arrange for a reshipment.
About taxes
Your order total includes the cost of the product, applicable sales tax, and any applicable shipping charges. The final amount will be displayed on the checkout page.
In rare cases, your government may impose customs duties on your order, which you are responsible for. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we have no control over customs authorities. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding duties, fees, and taxes.
